CURTISS P-40
KITTYHAWK
![]()
The third most numerous US fighter of WW2, with over
15,000 delivered before production ended in 1944, the
predecessor of the P-40 first flew in 1937. The initial
USAAF order was at the time the largest ever single
order for fighters. Exported to both the British and
French air arms, later USAAF variants benefited from
considerable development work carried out by Curtiss. This CD contains several flight manuals for one of the
predecessors and various production versions of the
Curtis P-40 Kittyhawk. The CD has been scanned from
the original flight manuals and retains any colour pages.
