          HOW TO ORDER AND PAY

Sorry, we don't have a shopping-basket / checkout system.
This is a site built by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. You just
email us details of your order along with your payment.


1.  Decide which CD(s) you wish to purchase.

 2.  Calculate the basic cost of your order.
      The price of a single CD is usually US$19.95 unless otherwise
     stated on its web-page, plus postage if applicable.
     
SPECIAL OFFER - MULTIPLE PURCHASES

If you purchase 2 CD titles at the regular price, postage is free.

If you purchase 3 or more CD titles at the regular price, postage
is free, plus select one additional CD title for free.

If you purchase 5 or more CD titles at the regular price, postage
is free, plus select two additional CD titles for free.

If you purchase 8 or more CD titles at the regular price, postage
is free, plus select three additional CD titles for free.

If you purchase 10 or more CD titles at the regular price, postage
is free, plus select  five additional CD titles for free.

NOTE: THIS DOES NOT APPLY WHERE YOU ARE
PURCHASING SPECIAL COMBINED OFFERS OF THE
SAME AIRCRAFT TYPE, AND IT SAYS "CAN NOT BE
USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY OTHER MULTIPLE
PURCHASE OFFER".

If you want to make a multiple purchase under those
circumstances, contact us and we will work something
out.


3.   Decide how you want to receive the files, and
      calculate any additional costs:

        Option 1- By Post
          Postage costs an additional US$5.05 for one CD.  
          For two or more CD's, postage is free. 
          We use insured first class airmail. It usually takes
          7 to 10 days.

          Option 2 - By Download
          The files by download are exactly the same .pdf files
           as are on the CD, but you need a braodband connection
           as they can be quite large. Our files are loaded onto
           www.4shared.com . When you make an order we will
           email you the download link.

           
4.  Decide how you want to pay:

              There are two basic methods:

Option 1 -  Paypal

Paypal is an internet based money transfer system. It transfers money instantaneously from your account to our account. 

You must be a Paypal account holder to use the service. If you are not already a member it only takes a minute or two to sign up. To sign up with Paypal Click Here.

Select the "Send Money" option from the top menu of Paypal. Select "Service" as the type of payment. Send details of your order in the Paypal Message box. Just the basic title of the CD is sufficient.

If you have any problems using Paypal, email us with details of your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice.

NOTE: Please ensure you include your postal address. For some reason lately, Paypal doesn't always include it automatically.
Option 2 -  Post

Payment may be by cheque or money order.   (Only bank issued money orders, not USPO money orders.) Cashier's cheques only please.  

You can send the payment in US$, or the equivalent in any major currency including Euro, UKStg, Yen, AUS$ etc.

You can send cash but it would be at your own risk. (Wrap it securely in several pieces of paper so it is not obvious. Several people have used this method without any problems.)

You can also use Western Union money transfer, which is convenient if a little expensive.
We are sorry but at this point we can not accept direct credit card
payments. (We apologise to those customers who live in countries
not yet served by Paypal.)

5.   When we receive your order, you will always receive an acknowledgement
      email within 48 hours, usually less.  If you haven't received an email from
      us, first check your Spam folder to check the message hasn't gone there,
      then contact us again.

      CD's are usually posted within two 48 hours of payment.

      Download details are usually emailed within 48 hours.
