HFB-320 HANSA JET
![]()
Unique among business jets for its forward-swept wings the
Hansa Jet was first flown in 1964 but never enjoyed significant
commercial success. It had a number of fatal accidents, most
attributable to pilot error and not the aircraft, but this
unfortunately affected sales.
Production ended in 1973 with only 45 examples being built.
The last flyable example in the US was sunk as a diving
attraction in Ohio in October 2006. (What a waste!)
Several examples were operated by the German Luftwaffe in
the VIP transport and ECM trainer roles until the late 90's.
This CD contains the civil and military flight manuals for the
Hansa. The CD set has been scanned from the original flight
manuals and retains any colour pages.
