CM170 POTEZ AIR
FOUGA MAGISTER
![]()
The CM170 was developed by the Air Fouga company
to build on work carried out by Pierre Maubousin who
was known for fitting small jet engines to light aircraft
and gliders.
The prototype first flew in 1952 and at the time was the
first purpose-built turbojet powered trainer. Production
in France stopped in 1962 but the type continued to
be built under licence in Finland and Israel. A total of
929 were eventually produced, 288 under licence.
This CD contains two flight manuals for the CM170
Magister aircraft, one in English and one in French.
The CD has been scanned from the original flight
manuals and retains any colour pages.
