FAIRCHILD AT-21
Flight Manual for the Fairchild AT-21 Gunner

Designed especially for training of aircraft pilots and gunners
following lessons learned from early WW2 bombing missions
over Europe, the AT-21 was constructed of molded plywood to
conserve scarce aluminium resources.

Entering service in 1942, only 175 AT-21s were built, most by
Fairchild but some by Bellanca and some by McDonnell. By
1944 most had been replaced by training examples of the
actual aircraft in which the crews would eventually serve.

Many examples were subsequently converted to target drones.

This CD contains the  USAAF  flight and maintenance manuals
for the Fairchild AT-21.  The CD
has been scanned from the
original manuals and retains any
colour pages.
